Welcome to my Blog!

Located in Texas, I'm primarily a Dallas Newborn Photographer, Baby Photographer and Child, Teen and Senior Photographer.

Fun, funky, fresh...that's me in a nutshell. I'm a 3rd generation Dallasite from a family knee deep in the Dallas Film, Video and Photography industry! My blog's a place to check out what's new with Jennifer Lauren Photography, from select session images to specials and everything in between. You'll most likely make me grin like a baby if you want to shoot somewhere funky or urban, but I equally enjoy the simple things. For those that don't know already, I photograph everything from maternity, newborns, babies, children, teens and H.S. Seniors. Clients and sessions are all throughout the DFW area; Highland Park, University Park, Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Grapevine, Las Colinas, Southlake, Keller, Colleyville...and many more! I love creating art and and I live and breathe photography!

Care to get to know me a bit? I have an awesome 4 year old son, an amazingly supportive husband, and 2 super sweet Goldens. I LOVE gummi bears, sunsets, the Red Sox, rain (except when it ruins an outdoor session) and coffee (oh, how I love my coffee. Starbuck venti triple nonfat caramel latte to be exact!). I'm not afraid to admit I listen to both kids music as well as classic rock, and I would rather be taking pictures in a funky alley than cleaning my own house! Southlake – Dallas Newborn Photographer {sweet DJ, almost 3 weeks old}

Where to start…I am in total adoration with this beautiful little newborn boy and SO over the moon happy for his parents and siblings! I’m going to go into a bit of an over share mode with this one, but I first met this gorgeous, sweet mom when my little man was just a baby…and holy cow he’s about to turn 5 and I miss that newborn stage! Now it’s her turn for the awesome and HIGHLY exhausting newborn and baby phase! Dad is an ultra cool musician, so the guitar case and newborn fedora hat were a total must, and DJ was perfectly content just hanging out there. I’m sensing music in his future!

Newborn Photographer in Dallas {12 day old beauty}

I was overjoyed to have another newborn baby girl in the studio! I totally loved getting out a few of my girly items. Even more so, because this little angel actually broke my singleton newborn boy streak! She was such a sweetheart, even when alert she was calm! I really feel blessed to do what I do. I get to meet so many amazing families and their babies, each one just as beautiful and precious as the next. This sweet baby is sure to make her parents proud!

Dallas Twin Newborn Photographer {Twin baby boys!}

LOVE photographing newborn twins, always a challenging session but worth every minute! These sweet fraternal brothers were just precious in every way. And their parents, absolutely amazing with them! I truly loved having them in my studio!
